We booked well-organised and a nice size superior king room with ac and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location was unbeatable and excellent for Mombasa, just off the train station or airport and Mombasa, close to the old town.

The location was particularly good - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Though some of the staff were busy, we had a real good stay. Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, we would definitely book again.

We were even upgraded to a suite due to the hotel being overbooked, and they offered us a reasonably priced extension for our late flight. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with freshly cooked dishes available. The central location and comfortable rooms with AC made for a perfect stay. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
